- Communicate with you about quotes, orders, artwork approvals, shipping, and returns.
- Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- Keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and our product range.
- Send marketing emails or text messages when you have opted in, and measure how those campaigns perform.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Custom Orders, Artwork, and Name Lists
Custom work involves information that goes beyond a normal retail order, so we treat it separately.
- Artwork and design files are used to produce your order and to prepare proofs. We keep them on file so you can reorder without resubmitting, unless you ask us to delete them.
- Name lists and size rosters supplied for unit runs or fundraisers are used only to produce and sort that order. We do not add the people on those lists to any marketing list.
- Production partners receive only what they need to manufacture the item.
- Portfolio use. We may photograph finished work for our website and social media. If you do not want your order shown, tell us before production and we will note it on the job.
You are responsible for having the right to use any logo, insignia, or third party artwork you send us. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
Payments
Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR NAMES]. Your card details are transmitted directly to the processor under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive confirmation of payment, the card brand, and the last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies in four groups.
- Strictly necessary. Required for the cart, checkout, account login, and site security. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional. Remember preferences such as language, saved items, and previously entered details.
- Analytics. Tell us how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising. Measure campaign performance and show relevant ads on other platforms. [CONFIRM WHETHER ADVERTISING PIXELS ARE IN USE]
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising where state law requires it.
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients, and only for the purposes described.
- Production partners who manufacture, decorate, engrave, or package your order.

- Government authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- A successor entity if the business is sold, merged, or reorganized. We will notify you if that happens and your information becomes subject to a different policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own independent marketing. Under some state privacy laws, the use of advertising and analytics cookies can be treated as “sharing” or as a “sale” even when no money changes hands. If you want to opt out of that use, follow the instructions in the section below.

Data Security

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
