What we quote

Every line, one form

If your unit needs it made, put it on the form. We produce custom military merchandise built by Marines, and a single request can cover more than one line.

Challenge coins

Unit coins, commander coins, ball coins, commemorative and retirement coins.

Patches

PVC and embroidered, for uniforms, gear, plate carriers, and morale collections.

Hoodies and shirts

Unit runs and event apparel. See the current Marine Corps hoodies for reference.

Mugs and tumblers

Ceramic mugs and insulated drinkware for offices, gifts, and change of command.

Hats

Embroidered caps for unit runs, ball favors, and fundraiser inventory.

Event packages

Ball, retirement, promotion, deployment, reunion, change of command, fundraiser.

Not sure which item fits the occasion? You can browse the current collection first, or leave the product field on Not sure yet and we will make a recommendation with the quote.

Minimums

The minimum order is 50 units

One number, every line. Fifty pieces is the floor because setup, tooling, and artwork costs do not scale down below it. What changes between lines is not the minimum, it is the setup involved, and that is what the table covers.

Product lineMinimumWhat to know
Challenge coins50 unitsEach design needs its own die, so the die cost is spread across the run
PVC patches50 unitsEach design needs its own mold
Embroidered patches50 unitsA digitizing charge may apply on the first run of a design
Hoodies and t-shirts50 unitsThe 50 counts across sizes and colors, not per size
Mugs and tumblers50 unitsCeramic and insulated drinkware are quoted separately
Hats50 unitsEmbroidery setup applies once per design, not per hat

Ordering more than one line? Each design counts toward its own 50. A run of 50 coins and 50 hoodies is two designs, not one order of 100. Some production methods carry an accepted variance on the final count, and that variance is stated on the quote.

Before you start

Five things that make a quote accurate

You can send the form without all of this. But every item you can answer now removes a round of email later, and on a deadline that matters.

  1. An approximate quantity A range is fine. Quantity moves the price more than any other factor, so a rough number gets you a useful answer and a blank field does not.
  2. The date you need it in hand Not the event date, the date the items need to be physically with you. Those are rarely the same, and the gap is where orders go wrong.
  3. Your artwork, in whatever state it is in A vector file is ideal. A phone photo of an existing coin also works. Send what you have.
  4. Personalization details Names, ranks, dates, unit designations, size rosters. You do not need the final list to get a quote, only to know whether personalization is involved, because it changes both price and lead time.
  5. Where it ships One address, several addresses, or an APO or FPO destination. For apparel, our sizing and design guidance for unit apparel covers what to collect before you order.
